A webinar on "Oracle APEX – A trending enterprise low-code platform" organized by SRIMCA, UTU in association with INOAUG and Oracle Apex Consultant on 13-07-2022.

SRIMCA, Uka Tarsadia University organized a webinar on "Oracle APEX – A trending enterprise low-code platform" in collaboration with INOAUG and Oracle APEX consultant. Mr. Amish Patel, introduced the eminent speaker Mr. Chaintanya Koratamaddi, Senior Principal Product Manager at Oracle. The speaker initiated his talk by introducing Oracle APEX and its usage in developing different applications that fits to different industry requirement. Our other expert speaker of the session, Dr. Digvijaysinh, Regional leader INOAUG,and Coordinator of Oracle APEX Consultant, Educational Wing, continued discussion about creating and developing application by practical demonstration, along with the focus that it takes less time and almost no code required to develop basic application using Oracle APEX. He demonstrated the usage of database and performing CRUD operations in a very simple and easiest way in an application. Dr. Digvijaysinh also discussed on various aspects of APEX and its usability for various kind of application.

The speaker’s also elegantly shared industrial needs to the students of BCA, MCA, and MSc(IT) that will definitely help them in their upcoming semesters and career. At the outset, both the speaker communicated very well and remained connected with audience. After the session, various questions we're raised by students that was resolved effectively by the speaker. Mr. Amish Patel concluded session with a vote of thanks to management, speaker and audience for their support.

The webinar was attended by more than 130 students and 7 faculty members. The moderators for the webinar were Mr. Amish Patel, Asst. Prof., UTU and Mr. Sapan Naik, Asst. Prof., UTU.
