Well, we all are aware of the increasing use of movies to teach many of the concepts in management. They undertook scene-by-scene analysis of the film and exemplified each move formulated by Kabir Khan - Shah Rukh Khan in the game of hockey for specific business strategies. Sequences in the movie were analyzed on the basis of nearly all concepts of Organizational Behaviour, Principles of Management and Human Resource Management with special focus on Attitude Formation and Change, Leadership, Motivation, Performance Management and SWOT Analysis, Conflict Resolution etc. During their marathon and highly interactive workshop, the MBA participants could empathize with the pain of the protagonist, cherish the clashes and camaraderie of the girls; and their hearts were filled with an uplifting, charged-up feeling as they could see the underdogs rise to the occasion.
