About NLPTA
In the era of Web, information overloading is not a new challenge. To derive meaning from the information, processing is needed. But complexity of challenge grows heavily as the data is unstructured in nature. This has gained an attention of large number of researchers in the field of natural language processing and text analytics for numerous applications like text extraction, text processing, text analysis, named entity recognition, text summarization, question answering, opinion mining, etc.The two days seminar is organized to introduce the domain of NLP and Text analytics alongwith research work progressing in it.

1. Dr. Dilip Ahalpara
He has been working as a Scientist at Institute of Plasma Research and has also headed the MCA Department at Dharmsinh Desai University. His area of interest includes Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning and other allied domains too.
2. Dr. Nilotpala Gandhi
She is the Head of Department of Linguistics at Gujarat University. Her area of interest includes Semantics, Computational Linguistics and Sociolinguists.
3. Dr. Amit A. Nanavati
He is a Senior Technical Lead for Cognitive Automation Solutions at IBM. His area of interest includes data mining, telecom and mobile.

- Late & Spot Registration fee is Rs. 1200/- per participant.
- Registration fees includes registration kit, break-fast, working lunch and refreshment.
- At par cheque or DD(drawn in favour of "Shrimad Rajchandra Institute of Management and Computer Application", payable at Bardoli) should be given in advance with application form.
- Last date of registration: 07th February, 2017.
- The seminar committee would not provide accommodation. However on prior intimation, it shall help the participants to book rooms on chargeable basis in the University Guest House.
