In English the word "spirit" comes from the Latin spiritus, meaning "breath" , but also "soul, courage, vigor". Spirituality, in a narrow sense, concerns itself with matters of the spirit, a concept closely tied to religious belief and faith, a transcendent reality, or one or more deities.

Spiritual matters are thus those matters regarding humankind's ultimate nature and purpose, not only as material biological organisms, but as beings with a unique relationship to that which is perceived to be beyond both time and the material world.

Sprituality is the dimension which gives the clear distinction between the soul and the body.

Spirituality is the way of life that concerns itself with aligning the human will and mind with that dimension of life and the universe that is harmonious and ordered.

But the main aim of spirutuality is to transform the energies present in the human soul into more subtle and pleasing ones. As said above by “Buddha” that if a person has controls on himself then, it is very easy to control others behaviour.

Spirituality talks about the upliftment of a persons inner soul and thus makes him one step ahead of others in the all aspects.

A morning prayer not only rushes the freshness in ones life but it also binds a closer connection with the Deity (God). The person who is a regular practisioner of spiritual exercises, lives a healthy life and it is been proved by science that he is less prone to diseases.

The person develops more faith in him, he becomes more carrying for others, he does not get attached to worldly pleasures and he develops more ideas that are beneficial to humankind.

Being spiritual means: simultaneously improving one's wisdom and willpower, achieving a closer connection to Deity and removing illusions or "false ideas" at the sensory, feeling and thinking aspects of a person.

Thus spirituality holds a distinct and important place in human’s life and this is the only purest and oldest way to achieve supreme position among others. Spirituality provides the students the way to enlighten their souls and live a happy life.

It is certain that the importance of spirituality cannot be suppressed in any way
