Your general health is the combination of the physical and mental well being, because before getting physically ill a person becomes mentally ill. If he does not realize that he is ill. He will be surely being physically fit. But if a person keeps thinking about his illness then definitely he will get ill.
Again, physically active people tend to have better mental health compared to inactive people. The physically active people score high for positive self concept, more self esteem, and more positive moods.
It has been long noted by the researchers that happy people tend to be in better health then those who are persistently stressed and pessimistic. Thus more and more biological links have been searched for between physical and mental health.
The physical and mental health is maintained by the consumption of proper food and nutrient required by our body. Today, in this fast world, if we see many people are concerned about the health and want to some easy tips to follow which could give them better and sooner result.

It even burns the calories so it is necessary to know for what purpose you are taking the tea and in what proportion. Because drinking tea in excess amount may have harmful effect on your body. It can create the problem of acidity and may even raise the number of melanine pigments in your body.

If such a condition continuous it is no longer that far from starvation, people will die because sleep ness results in very low immune system.
Looking at the importance of health and negative consequences, if we don’t take necessary steps to preserve our health, you should now be aware about it. Today, no one has enough time to care about the health. It is an individual responsibility. Everyone should come up and shoulder his/her responsibility for healthy living.
